Damm computer

My computer is so slow. Ive had it since summer 2008, and at the time it was really good. I had it custom built with some of the best components on the market at that time. However, over the last 3 and a half years its got progessively worse. I've cleared it out a few times, done complete factory resets but still it's so slow.

Not to mention the battery has a lifespan of 3 minutes....

I'm gonna buy a new one, as I need something GOOD to work on this website on. Should I go MAC or PC?

People who think they are right

I hate it when people try to tell you something, thinking they are right, or lie to you thinking you don't know that they are lying. They just make themselves sound like idiots! That's why I love winding people up, or calling their bluffs.

I saw this video the other day and it's EXACTLY what I'm talking about. Of course he's allowed to take photos of the building, there is no law telling him he cant. That dude/woman (I dont quite know...) was being a twat because they thought they could be. Such idiots!

Jump Cuts: ARGH!

To me, theres nothing worse on youtube (other than being rickrolled) Than trying to watch a video FILLED with stupid jump cuts.

IT REALLY ANNOYS ME!

It doesnt look cool and it messes with my head! There are lots of "youtubers" out there who use it, some more than others. I think the most annoying one has to be ShaneDawsonTV



This guy needs shooting.

So, if you plan on making a youtube video in the future, PLEASE do not put jump cuts in it.

Delivery Idiots

So I had a parcel delivered to me at work today with a load of poster in.....but the idiots at the sorting office had squashed it and damaged the ends of all the posters....meaning I couldn't have put them up because they looked appalling. What a waste of money having them printed.

Tragic Indiana State Fair Stage Collapse Kills Five

Tragic Indiana State Fair Stage Collapse: Five people were killed and at least 45 were injured when an “isolated significant wind gust” caused a stage setup at the Indiana State Fair to collapse. State Police 1st Sgt. Dave Bursten said the number of fatalities may rise.

Gov. Mitch Daniels said in a conference call to discuss emergency response that he believes the State Fair’s preparedness measures were adequate, calling the collapse a “freakish accident.” The Indiana Occupational Health and Safety Administration will be conducting an investigation of the incident alongside the State Fire Marshal.

Country music duo Sugarland were set to perform when State Police special operations commander Brad Weaver and the fair’s Executive Director Cindy Hoye made the decision to evacuate the crowd. Moments later, however, WLHK program director Bob Richards told the crowd the show was still on, though preparations should be made to find shelter in case the weather took a turn for the worse.

The collapse occurred seconds later.

The fair is closed today, but will reopen tomorrow. A public remembrance in honor of the victims will be held tomorrow morning at 9 AM.

Unboxing the iPhone 5

Well, you guessed it, it's probably a fake (seeing as the iPhone 5 isn't due to be released for another month or so)

The video below was posted on youtube by ZAGG, a company who make "The InvisibleShield". Obviously a marketing stunt, but what a great way to get publicity!

I'm annoyed that, due to my contract, I wont be getting the iPhone 5 for another year (when 2 year contract runs out) and by that time, the iPhone 6 is sure to have arrived. Oh well.

M1 accident emergency lane blocked

This dude is a genius! There is a traffic jam on the M1 and he gets out and starts interviewing the people BLOCKING the emergency access lane (the hard shoulder).

In the comments, the cameraman (gavgav27) posts "

Ok, lets begin with I do indeed make many errors, im not a saint and i was actually breaking the law by walking down the carriageway. I was showing that they have just not considered the consequences of blocking the lane.

And the emergency vehicle didnt get down the hard shoulder with no problem at all... They had to wait at least 4-5 minutes for the cars that were blocking it to filter back into the main carriage way. 4-5 minutes can mean the difference of recovering quickly or becoming a vegetable for life.
