Don't EVER refer to Mega Bloks as LEGO

One thing that really makes my blood boil is when you go into a shop and you see boxes of Mega Bloks among the boxes of LEGO. You wouldn't put a Nokia brick in with the iPhones would you!

Mega Bloks are not LEGO, nor are they anywhere near the standard of LEGO.

When I was younger and I would find a box of loose LEGO at a car boot sale, I would sort through it and take out all the "fake" bricks and give it back to the person selling it!

I think this has to be one of my biggest annoyances. I haven't played with LEGO for years, since I was a child but it still gets on my nerves!

Also it's LEGO. Not LEGOS. It is not plural, it is a collective term like "hair". You don's say, "Ooh I like the colour of your hairs" do you!

ARGH!

  3. Don't you dare mess with the LEGOs. I feel exact the same way you do. LEGOs were probably one of my favorite toys (?) when i was a kid. Not the mega blocks, not the rasty blocks, LEGO blocks.

  9. I agree wholeheartedly about the LEGO bs Mega Blocks. They are not the same. The onyl good product Mega Blocks ever produced were the battleships and carrier sets. And even then...meh.
